Diablo2003, over at Deviantart, has created this Darth Vader money. It reminds me of the time I was six and tried to use monopoly money to purchase chocolate frogs from the school canteen. The lunch lady, a kindly woman (who, if my garbled childhood memories can be relied upon, which I like to think they can be, was four metres tall), looked at me with a mixture of maternal pity and cloying disgust. I guess my gist is twofold.
Firstly, if my shoddy retard currency had bore The Darth, fear alone would have ensured me a bevy of carob amphibians.
And secondly, giant tuckshop ladies. They can fuck right off.
Once again, I appear to have muddled my point.

LOL I love all the random awesome stuff you can find at dA. Its one of my biggest, and longest lasting online obsessions… I am off to devWatch this guy! he has some awesome fan art LOL
Now if he only had made more denominations, you could replace your monopoly money with star wars money, and use vader to buy mayfair ;-p now THAT is my kind of game! and i would probably bring out my figurines and replace the car, boot, dog etc with darth, yoda, r2-d2 etc.. hmmm i think i might do that anyway…….. add alcohol and it sounds like a terrific night ahead!

HAHA i love this, if we had darth instead of the heads of state on our money surely it would stop the economic crisis with a swift throat grab and choke out by the dark lord himself.
and as for buying mayfair…. lets face it he would point and laugh as he flew past in his newly upgraded death star with built in ipod connectivity and plasma screen.
only real problem is when that annoying twat “luke” comes along and kills him and then there is a messy regime change and all the money would be replaced with poxy faces of luke.

Just as an FYI, most of the “fan art” on his page really isn’t. Mark Brooks does in fact do work for Lucasfilms, and Marvel, and Udon, etc….
But yeah, this was pretty cool – especially like his comments about the thought process behind what to include on the bills.
