While I hate Comic Sans as much as the next man, and consider my own choice of font (the lovely Minion Pro) to be little short of family, I don’t get nearly quite so animated about the relative merits of different typefaces as many others seem to. For example, Mr Lars Willem Veldkampf, who has a Flickr project named Typocalypse, dedicated to unmasking the secret subliminal codes embedded in our choice of fonts. For example:
Nothing for Minion Pro yet, but I’m sure it will say something like ‘I am pretty much the best person that has ever lived… Except for Jesus. No, wait… Including Jesus’. Yeah.
