I’ve written recently about all the Back to the Future paraphernalia which is making the rounds, most notably the DeLorean, the shoes Marty wears and a replica flux capacitor. Today, however, I was informed that Marty’s hoverboard from BTTF2 is up for auction.
I’m fully aware it can’t actually hover. But answer me this: if you were being driven somewhere in a Delorean with what appeared to be a working flux capacitor mounted on the dash, and there was what appeared to be a fucking hoverboard stuffed in the backseat, how long would it take you to remove the drivers pants?
(Hint: About one eighth of a second.)
