The latest Jmag to hit the stands has my write-up on Erik De Nijs’ new Keyboard Jeans. Basically he’s designed a pair of hipster jeans with a keyboard woven across the… crotchal… region. But yeah, it’s out now, so go check it out!
Also, it turns out Perth DOES have something here to keep me busy. This weekend Supernova is on in Perth, and I’ll be taking Luke (of Playing the Cancer Card) along to witness the carnage. I’m particularly nervous because Jewel Staite, who played Kaylee in Firefly, will be there. SHE WAS IN FIREFLY. I plan on asking her the hard questions. Namely, does she know why Joss killed off the characters he did in Serenity, and will she marry me? I am anticipating a 50-100% success rate.

Plus the World of Workcraft video was cool.
I wish you the best of luck asking Jewel/Kaylee to marry you! (And you can always scale back to a date if things don’t go as planned)

Cheers Brett, if the Jewel proposal falls flat, Dee from Battlestar is there as well. Really depends on whether i want a gritty realistic date, or a fun-filled date that gets canceled early…
